Local delivery (within Singapore) - STANDARD
$5 will be charged per delivery for standard addresses.
For addresses located in CBD and shopping malls, $10 will be charged per delivery (inclusive of $5 surcharge). We reserve the right to update your order accordingly if options are selected improperly.
Full payment of the product and delivery fee is required prior to delivery.
Delivery is usually made within 3 to 7 working days from the date of receipt of full payment. A longer delivery period might apply during festive periods.
After 2 failed delivery attempts or if the delivery company cannot reach you, the parcel will be returned to Toysdachi and additional fees will be charged for re-delivery. If you remain uncontactable for re-delivery within 2 weeks from the second failed delivery attempt, the order will be cancelled without refund of payment.
We use both in-house delivery team and third-party delivery companies. In the event of third-party delivery companies, we will send you a tracking code upon dispatch.
Additional charges will apply for delivery to remote areas, central business districts or for change in delivery address after the product has been dispatched.
- For items lost or damaged during delivery, we will support you to file for claim with the third-party delivery company.
Local delivery (within Singapore) - SAME-DAY
Where possible, we can arrange for same-day shipping via Lalamove or GrabExpress. Delivery cost will be as determined by the service and paid for by you. Please contact with us before making a purchase to ensure your order can be fulfilled satisfactorily.
International delivery (outside Singapore)
Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at the moment.
If you are located overseas but manage to secure a delivery/ forwarding service* with a Singapore address that we can deliver to, we will be able to keep your order. Otherwise, we will have to cancel and refund your order.
For preorders that are successfully allocated to you or orders with ready stocks, in the event you are not able to collect in Singapore or provide a Singapore address for delivery after all, we will not be able to arrange for international shipping on your behalf and reserve the right to cancel your allocation.
*Note: As this is a third-party service not in our affiliation, the customer and the service will be responsible for all cost/ packing/ management etc of the international delivery. Our responsibility will be up to the point of handover within Singapore. We will not liable for damages/ issues that occur thereafter.
Store Pickup Only (within Singapore)
We do not recommend standard shipping for bulky, fragile or delicate products. We only offer store pickup for these items. Alternatively, you may opt for shipping via Lalamove or Grabexpress (see above) - please contact us for more details and costs.
