PRE-ORDER DELIVERY

Delivery and collection for all pre-orders within Singapore only. For customers located overseas, please refer to our shipping policy for more details. 

PRE-ORDER POLICY FOR TRADING CARD GAME (TCG) PRODUCTS

A deposit of up to 30% or a fixed value per product is payable upon ordering. Pre-orders are valid for 6 months after the date of first release by the distributor. In the event where the distributor is clear that there are no foreseeable waves of release, we will proceed with the refund earlier. We may also release the refunds early based on our sole discretion. You will receive the refunds between 3 to 7 working days. Allocation policy is solely up to our discretion and may change for different pre-orders. Generally, the policies are:

1. Priority will be given to our higher-tiered members.

2. 50% to 70% of our allocation will be used to fulfil pre-orders. Balance of allocation will be put up for retail sale.

3. We try to allocate at least 1 item per product type so that everyone has the chance to get the product.

All deposits will be logged in upon closing of the preorders, and all orders are subjected to distributor allocation. You will not be able to cancel your preorder after the closing date. If you choose to do so, your deposit will be forfeited.

Upon notification of the fulfilment of order and expected collection date, the customer is required to make the balance payment within 3 days. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the pre-order and the deposit will be forfeited. If the customer choose to cancel the preorder at this stage, your deposit will be forfeited and allocation cancelled.

If you have opted for store pickup, you are required to collect your allocation within 7 days upon notification. Otherwise, we reserve the the right to forfeit your deposit and balance payment, and cancel your allocation.

Expected release date stated in the listing is indicative. The actual date of release of items are subject to decisions by brand manufacturer and distributor. 

Additional purchases made via the pre-order payment links and dated after closing date and time will not be accepted.

This clause applies to other non trading card game products, such as but not limited to model kits and figurines. A deposit of up to 30% or a fixed value per product is payable upon ordering. In the event that the pre-order is not fulfilled, we will proceed with the refund. You will receive the refunds between 3 to 7 working days. Allocation policy is solely up to our discretion and may change for different pre-orders. Generally, the policies are:
